GAS GIANT (TRIPLE RINGS)

Mezar is a gas giant between Nebulus and Salzus, and was the site of the climactic final battle between the Nebulans and Orian Empire in 1356 AU. Here the Nebulans utterly annihilated the main field forces of the weakened Oriani, breaking their military back. This victory paved the way for the Siege of Salzus, the fall of the Orian Empire, and the rise of the Nebulan Star Empire. The Battle of Mezar is often used in military academies as a demonstration of tactical flexibility over raw firepower.
